How to Make Perfect Steak with grilled veggies

Steak with grilled veggies. Place the steaks in a shallow dish, and place the prepared vegetables in a bowl. Mix together the oil, salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Pour half the mixture over the steaks and the remainder over the vegetables, mix well.

  7. When the veggies are all nice and cooked as the main picture leave them aside. In the same pan add some water let them make a nice stock then add the seasoned chunks of beef and panfrie them on each side.
