  1. You need of Tender Coconut.
  2. Prepare of Kolam petals(tangy flower petals easily available at grocery).
  3. You need of Green chillies.
  4. Prepare of Garlic cloves.
  5. Prepare of Black pepper corns.

  1. Ingredients required.. soaked kolam petals in water, shredded coconut, crushed Garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper corns.
  2. In a blender take shredded coconut, green chillies, pepper corns, and crushed garlic.. add some water and blend in to a puree.
  3. Strain the liquid through a strainer.Add some more water and blend it again and again repeat the process and extract coconut milk.
  4. Extracted coconut milk.
  5. Add soaked kokam, sugar salt and coriander.
  6. Refrigerate and serve chilled.. and enjoy.
