  2. Heat the oil in a deep pot Put the chicken in the pot and fry it by adding salt..

  6. Oil is leaving in the spices, now lets add chicken to the spices..
  7. Mix the chicken well in the spices and let it cook for 10 minutes. Now add some water to the chicken to make curry and heat it for a while..
  8. Add a spoonful of green coriander leaves, green chillies and kewda water to the chicken and mix well. Cook the chicken until it comes to a boil. Cook the chicken on low heat.
  9. Cook the chicken for 15 minutes till it melts. Chicken salan is ready, now take it out in a pot..
